Horizons Home Care is a locally owned and operated home health company offering in-home care to individuals throughout the Tri-State area. The Psychiatric Home Health Nurse will provide quality, skilled nursing in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care in a patient’s home. The nurse will have the responsibility of observing, assessing, nursing diagnosing, counseling, caring, and teaching.

Behavorial Health Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a registered nursing program from an accredited school
• Must possess and maintain a current, and in good standing, license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to drive to patient residencies
• RN
• Must have at least 1 year of in-patient mental health experience
