EP Tech in Flint, MI

Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Take your expertise as a skilled Imaging EP Tech and Cath Lab Tech to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity Cath/EP Lab setting.

Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
• One variable weekday off each week
• On-call: 1 weekend per month (5:00 pm Friday – 6:30 am Monday)
• Four weeknights per month (5:00 pm – 6:30 am next day)
• No weekend commitment outside of on-call duties

Key Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of recent experience in a cath/EP lab setting
• Strong scrub skills for all types of heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
• Familiarity with Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Preferred RCIS or RCES licensure; ARRT licensure considered with relevant cath lab scrub experience
• Demonstrated ability to thrive working both independently and collaboratively

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert scrubbing and technical support for a comprehensive range of cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation through electronic systems
• Maintain best practices for infection control and patient safety throughout all procedures
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
