RN - LDRP | Labor & Delivery / Recovery / Postpartum | 12hr Nights | 36 hrs/week | EPIC | Level 2 Trauma | BLS & NRP required | 14 L&D beds | AWHONN staffing standards followed | Common cases include intrauterine pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes & water births | Must be comfortable titrating Pitocin, magnesium, insulin, antihypertensives & hemorrhage medications | 1 OB Tech per shift | Charge nurse on each shift | Every 3rd weekend required | May float as sitter/tasker or to another campus OB unit | 2 shifts unit orientation | Pass/fail open-book exam during orientation (90% required) | No artificial nails allowed | Driver’s license required at submission for 50-mile radius verification | No candidates currently or previously employed with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within past year
