Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a caregiver for my baby who will provide attentive, nurturing care throughout the day. Responsibilities include supporting regular feeding and nap routines, engaging in tummy time, and encouraging age-appropriate developmental milestones. My baby was born extremely premature, so I'm seeking someone who is especially patient, detail-oriented, and committed to helping support his progress as he grows and works toward meeting his corrected developmental milestones.
