Job Overview Join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to promote and sell products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Make outbound calls to follow up with warm leads and current customers, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or fast-paced customer service environments is advantageous.
Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in mobile devices, accessories, and wireless technology.
Proficiency in sales techniques and retail math.
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
