Position Overview: - Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19119 - Target Start: July 6, 2026 - Target End: Long-Term - Ages: 15 years, 6 years, 4 years, 3 years, 1 year - Pets: No pets - Parking: Driveway - Schedule: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM About the Family: This clear and communicative family is seeking a professional, proactive Nanny & Household Manager. Open communication, reliability, and a caring but no-nonsense approach are very important. During school hours, the role is primarily house management; staying organized, anticipating needs, and keeping the household running smoothly (appointments, scheduling, errands). The youngest child will need school pickup at 3 PM, with after-school childcare focused mainly on the younger children. The ideal candidate is experienced in in-home nannying, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to stay ahead of family needs while providing warm, attentive care. Responsibilities: - Full childcare - Driving children (school, doctors appointments, activities) - Planning activities - Child dinner prep - Child laundry - Tidy common areas - Grocery shopping + various errands - Light housekeeping Compensation: - Pay: $52,000-$55,000 per year gross - Paid Vacation: 3 weeks - Paid sick/personal: 5 days - Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays Qualifications: - At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience - Experience with multiple children - Personal vehicle and clean driving record - Household management experience - Comfortable swimming - BONUS - CPR and First Aid Certified - MMR (preferred) Reference Job ID: OBR36
