We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Hospice Liaison with our trusted client. They are a leading hospice provider in the greater Corsicana, TX area. This role is integral to the compassionate services offered by our client, specializing in hospice care, and requires a dynamic professional who is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive access to care through the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to promote hospice services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities, as well as hospitals, physician offices, community organizations, and religious institutions.
- Serve as the primary contact and resource for referrals, ensuring that potential patients and families receive comprehensive information about hospice care services.
- Implement effective marketing strategies and ensure the consistent achievement of sales goals and targets.
- Employ CRM tools efficiently to manage client relationships and track the progress of referrals.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate and engage potential partners and collaborators within the healthcare community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on hospice, home care, or related services.
- Demonstrable skills in business development and relationship management within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales processes targeting healthcare facilities and community-based organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders including healthcare professionals and community leaders.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in CRM management to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
