Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate per diem opportunities in Mount Vernon and throughout Southern Westchester County.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and grooming support

Qualifications:
• Active New York State HHA Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred
 

Health Requirements:
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within 10 years
