As the Residential Finance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- TtrainingResidential Supervisory staff regarding all aspects of department billing
- Managing all monthly financial documentation and submitting the documentation to the Finance department,in a timely manner
- Reviewing all documentation submitted for client withdrawals, purchase requests, and spenddowns to ensure proper handling of client’s personal allowances
- Bringingany concerns related to mishandling of client’s personal allowances or agency funds to the attention of the Director of Residential Services, Director of Quality Assurance and Associate Executive Director, in a timely manner
Residential Finance Coordinator Minimum Salary: $26.68
Residential Finance Coordinator Maximum Salary: $26.68
Residential Finance Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *some flexibility with hours*
Qualifications:
- Associate inBusiness or related field
- 1-3 years of experience with medical billing preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience withGAAP, accounts payable, bookkeeping andaccounting software (Sage preferred)
