What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily operations, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and managing workflow priorities
Build relationships with community organizations, service providers, and local partners to expand support resources and outreach efforts
Track program activity, monitor outcomes, and assist with reporting requirements tied to funding and compliance expectations

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience leading teams in nonprofit, community services, or similar environments
Background managing programs that support low-income or underserved populations
Strong organizational and communication skills with experience balancing operations, staff leadership, and community engagement
