Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly based on experience


Responsibilities:

Caregiver/CNA Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as delegated by the Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and maintaining a high standard of medication management with minimal errors.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests to provide attentive, compassionate care.
  • Provide individualized support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meal support, and medication reminders in accordance with each resident’s Client Service Plan.
  • Deliver compassionate memory care services for residents living with dementia and cognitive impairments, utilizing patience, redirection techniques, and person-centered care approaches to promote comfort, dignity, and safety.
  • Accurately complete all required charting and service documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living spaces by performing light housekeeping duties, regular room cleaning, linen changes, and sanitation tasks.
  • Assist with resident laundry services, ensuring clothing and linens are washed, folded, and returned in a timely manner.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition, behaviors, or concerns to nursing staff and supervisors promptly.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members.

  • CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required - some college is an asset.
  • Communicate information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care.
  • Current CNA license( if applicable).

  • Mechanical lift training provided.
