We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a 200+ bed skilled nursing facility in the greater Crystal Lake area. Position Overview:
The LNHA will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of the facility, ensuring excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team development across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license (Illinois)
• Proven experience as an Administrator in a SNF setting
• Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
• Demonstrated success with surveys, census growth, and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
