Tax Manager

Job Opportunities Overview

• We're currently partnered with 3 CPA firms in the Orlando market that are all looking for the similar type of profile
• Ideally looking for someone who's experienced in the Tax Manager position, who's got the desire & aspirations to earn up to Partner track
• One of the firms is a larger regional player out of Downtown Orlando that's larger in size (approximately 100 employees) and with their business growth are looking for a strong tax professional to come in & keep building
• One of the other opportunities has opened up due to a partner phasing out of the business here in the next year or 2
• The opportunity is with a smaller 20 - 25 person CPA firm - so if you're looking for a small place with more impact & can alter the direction of the firm this might be one to consider
• The 3rd option is in Winter Park with a mid sized player; ~75 employees and again looking for someone, who can progress further up

Requirements

• 5+ years public accounting experience
• CPA licensed
• Local to the Orlando market (each firm is ideally doing hybrid set up with flexibility)

Compensation & Package

• Up to 150 / 160 for base (dependent on candidate experience)
• Annual bonuses
