Mobility Coach

StretchLab is hiring high-performance movement professionals to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions in a structured, premium studio environment.

This is a client-facing performance role built on retention, reliability, and measurable results.

Our studios operate on a membership model designed to support consistent session volume for committed team members.

Flexologists delivering consistent peak-hour schedules and strong client retention earn an effective $18–$24/hour while actively stretching, with clear opportunity to increase earnings as their client roster grows.

Base hourly pay increases are tied to demonstrated performance and client stretching volume.

This role rewards reliability, professionalism, and performance. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. We are seeking professionals who proactively build, retain, and grow their client base.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 25- and 50-minute assisted stretch sessions
• Conduct mobility assessments and track progress
• Build and retain a consistent client roster
• Rebook clients to support long-term program adherence
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment

90-Day Performance Standard

By 90 days, successful team members:

• Independently deliver high-quality sessions
• Maintain consistent availability
• Show measurable progress toward a stable client load
• Demonstrate strong rebooking and retention habits

Reliability and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Required Credentials (One Required)

• Active Personal Trainer certification
• Licensed Massage Therapist
• PTA / OTA
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Current students in these programs may apply

All credentials must be verifiable.

Scheduling Requirements

• Saturday availability required
• Mid-week afternoon/evening availability required
• Consistent schedule commitment required

Peak-hour availability is necessary for client growth.
