We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Dentist with a passion for surgery, implants, and IV moderate sedation to join our growing team throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Clinical Focus

This role is heavily focused on:

• Surgical extractions, including basic third molar impactions

• Implant placement and restorative implant treatment

• IV moderate sedation dentistry

• Emergency and high-needs patient treatment

Additional opportunities may include:

• Bone grafting and advanced surgical procedures

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive surgical and restorative dental care with a focus on efficiency, precision, and patient comfort

• Provide IV moderate sedation services in accordance with state regulations and best practices

• Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically

• Utilize advanced imaging and digital workflows to support predictable clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to create an exceptional patient experience

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards

• Production-based compensation at 35% of collections

Our offices have a long-standing track record of strong production for IV moderate sedation providers, with earning potential directly tied to clinical skill, efficiency, and case acceptance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Active IV Moderate Sedation Permit

• Experience with surgical extractions and implant dentistry preferred

• Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Location & Flexibility

This role offers flexibility to work across multiple Moorehead Dentistry locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, all within approximately 30-40 minutes of downtown Cincinnati.
