We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Customer Care Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you won’t just answer questions—you’ll play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
• Track shipments, expedite orders, and provide timely updates
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
• Manage returns (RMAs) and ensure smooth resolution
• Support the outside sales team with orders, samples, and requests
• Collaborate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred, but not required)
• Experience with order entry, quotes, or similar responsibilities is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with automation or similar product lines is a plus
• Basic math skills and comfort working with systems
• ERP experience required (P21 is a plus, but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Bilingual skills are a plus
