Key Responsibilities

• Full Restoration: Lead the process from stripping and iron prep to coil insertion and brazing connections.
• Precision Testing: Perform and document critical electrical tests (Megger, Surge, Hipot, Core Loss).
• Data Integrity: Accurately record all winding and connection data for high-standard QC documentation.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of winding expertise (AC/DC, random, and form wound).
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in brazing and using advanced motor testing equipment.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship.
