Roofing Laborer

HELP WANTED: Roofing Laborer – Beaver County, PA

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
Location: Job sites across Beaver County (Beaver Falls, Monaca, Rochester, etc.)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Roofing Laborer to join our crew. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions. You will support the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Safely set up ladders, scaffolding, and roof hoist equipment.
• Material Handling: Transport heavy materials (shingles, metal, tiles) to and from the job site and onto roofs.
• Roof Work: Assist with tearing off old materials, removing debris, and installing new roofing systems (shingles, membranes, or metal).
• Safety & Cleanup: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all OSHA safety protocol.

Requirements:

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop or job sites daily.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb tall ladders, and stand/kneel for long periods.
• Reliability: Punctuality is essential. We start early and work hard until the job is done.
• Experience: Prior construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude.
