What You’ll Do

• Lead moving crews on residential and commercial relocations

• Supervise jobs from start to finish to ensure efficiency and professionalism

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients

• Safely load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods

• Handle high-value and delicate items with care and attention to detail

• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed

• Train and motivate crew members while maintaining company standards

• Ensure safety procedures and best practices are followed on every job

• Work alongside your crew in a hands-on leadership role

What We’re Looking For

• Previous moving experience required

• Leadership or foreman experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• English proficiency required

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$28 per hour + tips (based on experience)
