Service Advisor | High Traffic Store

Kelly Nissan of Route 33 is growing and looking to add motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors to our high-volume service department.

We are looking for energetic professionals who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping manage a fast-paced service drive. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating long-term customer relationships, this is a great opportunity to build a successful automotive career.

Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong customer service backgrounds from industries such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
• Write repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timing
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Help maintain strong CSI and customer retention

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus
• Team-oriented mentality with a drive to succeed
