We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our production team in Fowlerville as Mold Operators and Industrial Painters. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we have a spot for you!

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Day, Afternoon & Night Shift

The Roles

Mold Operators:

• Set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Monitor equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure production targets are met.
• Inspect finished products for defects to maintain quality standards.

Industrial Painters:

• Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).
• Ensure even coverage and a high-quality finish on all manufactured parts.
• Wrap completed parts

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods
• Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
