Kelly Services is working with a client in St. Louis that is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service and transportation/logistics experience who enjoys research and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Logistics Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Louis
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.03/hour
Contract Length: 4–5 Weeks
Job Responsibilities:
- Research carrier and transportation websites to locate shipment and delivery information
- Investigate missing or incomplete tracking data
- Enter tracking numbers into carrier systems to identify shipment status updates
- Follow established processes and procedures to resolve data gaps
- Assist with customer service related tasks involving shipment visibility and delivery updates
- Review transportation records and shipping history for accuracy
- Communicate shipment status and updates internally as needed
- Perform additional administrative and logistics support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Shipping, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
- Comfortable navigating carrier websites and tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
