Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to resource for customers, addressing their needs with creative problem-solving and follow-through
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory to deliver solutions
• Represent the CASE brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude
• Proactively identify sales opportunities through outreach and follow-up . Educate customers on equipment through product presentations/demos
• Use CRM tools to document and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Sales Managers and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
• Stay up-to-date on equipment and industry knowledge and monitor industry to maintain a competitive edge
• Provide financing for your own sales.
