Mon- Fri- 7am- 3:30pm
JOB SUMMARY
Maintain and repair educational facilities, trade equipment, and campus infrastructure. Ensure safe learning environment for students and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
Service trade equipment (welding stations, automotive tools, training units)
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
Conduct safety inspections and ensure code compliance
Maintain parts inventory and document all work
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years facility maintenance experience
Skills: Multi-trade background, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, 50+ lb lifting.
