Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract position providing Occupational Therapy services to K-12 students for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is perfect for a dedicated OT passionate about helping young learners thrive. You’ll work with a diverse caseload supporting students’ development, independence, and participation in school activities. This full-time role is structured as 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to foster consistent relationships with students and collaborate closely with educators and families.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required
  • OT Certification and active state licensure
  • Previous school-based OT experience is highly preferred
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based practices
  • Enthusiasm for working with K-12 students from varied backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services across the K-12 age range
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
  • Integrate therapeutic strategies that enhance student participation and academic success
  • Support students in developing functional skills for classroom and social settings
