RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Front of House restaurant operations
- Drive hospitality and guest satisfaction standards
- Coach, train, and develop service teams
- Manage labor, scheduling, and daily shift execution
- Maintain high operational and cleanliness standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Lead from the floor in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Drive accountability, culture, and team performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Strong Front of House leadership background
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Hands-on leadership mentality
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment
