Injection Molding Operator 3rd Shift
Mancan Staffing in partnership with an Ashtabula facility is currently seeking dependable and motivated Injection Molding Operators for a 3rd shift opportunity in Ashtabula, OH.** This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment in a manufacturing environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Shift & Pay
* Training Requirement: Must be available to train 12 weeks on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift
* 3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 PM 7:00 AM
*Starting Pay:$16.50/hour plus shift differential

Job Description Summary
The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for assisting in the operation of molding presses, inspecting parts, packaging finished products, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
* Train and work under the supervision of experienced press operators and trainers
* Assist in setting up and operating molding presses
* Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products
* Package products for shipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Assist with troubleshooting production issues as needed
* Operate a tow motor when necessary
* Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
* Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be safety oriented
* Strong attendance and reliability are required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Must be able to pass a drug screening
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
