Pediatrician – Outpatient

Salary Range: $200,000 to $320,000 Annually (DOE)**

Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatrician for a full‐time outpatient opportunity in Glendive, Montana. This is a turn‐key position with an established patient panel and a collaborative clinical environment. The role offers a 4.5‐day work week, strong work‐life balance, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Conduct physical exams, routine clinic procedures, and newborn care
• Participate in rotating call for pediatric and newborn coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Mentor and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• NRP certification required
• Montana medical license or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
