Job Description

·                     Perform service, repairs, and installations on CNC machinery including Okuma, Haas, Mazak equipment

·                     Execute preventative maintenance programs on all CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

·                     Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems to resolve equipment issues efficiently

·                     Support a non-union aerospace machining environment with hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated experience in CNC maintenance and repair

·                     Multi-craft proficiency spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and 480V 3-phase systems

·                     Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems
