Sales Executive (Remote | National Territory | Up to 40% Travel)

CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization in the financial services education space to find a high-impact Sales Executive to lead revenue growth for a newly launched product line. This is a true hunter role with significant upside, strong autonomy, and national reach.

This individual will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing—while building a robust pipeline of both net-new business and expansion opportunities within an existing client base. There is a major opportunity to cross-sell into established relationships while also developing new partnerships across the financial services landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery through close
  • Build and maintain a strong, organized pipeline across a national territory
  • Partner cross-functionally (marketing, product, operations, compliance) to deliver solutions and close deals
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7+ years of sales experience, ideally in a hunter-style role
  • Proven success winning net-new business and driving revenue growth
  • Strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote, national territory
  • Experience in financial services is a plus (not required)
Key Skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong pipeline management
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Technical Tools
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, etc.)
Compensation & Perks
  • $125K–$135K total compensation (base + commission)
