A high-volume Urgent Care department in Orlando, FL is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physician to join a well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group. This is a rare partnership-track opportunity offering strong earning potential, lifestyle balance, and long-term career growth.

Practice Highlights

• High-volume, well-supported Urgent Care setting
• No Nights | No Call
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 7 days/week (flexible scheduling)
• On-site advanced diagnostics:
  • CT
  • Ultrasound
  • Digital X-ray
  • Full Laboratory Services
• EPIC EMR system
• Strong referral network with built-in primary care & specialty support
• Collaborative team of Board-Certified Physicians, RNs, and LPNs

Compensation & Benefits

•  $260,000 fixed plus bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Walk-in Clinic)
• Comfortable with:
  • Laceration repair
  • Incision & Drainage (I&D)
  • Foreign body removal
• Willingness to learn and expand procedural skillset
• Team-oriented mindset with strong patient care focus
