Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide perioperative care to surgical patients in the operating room.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and positive surgical outcomes.
\n
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the medical team promptly.
\n
• Adhere to established protocols and standards for infection control and safety.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Epic charting system.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operating room setting.
\n
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
\n
• Capable of circulating in surgeries involving Ortho, General, and Gynecology procedures.
\n
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
\n
