Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• EIPA score of 3.3 or higher\n\t
• Associate's degree or higher\n\t
• Previous experience as an Educational Interpreter preferred\n

\n\n

Role Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
• Provide accurate and effective interpretation between spoken language (English or other spoken language) and American Sign Language (ASL)\n\t
• Interpret classroom instruction, lectures, discussions, and other school-related activities to ensure that deaf or hard-of-hearing students receive the information presented\n\t
• Work one-on-one with students as needed to provide additional support and clarification\n\t
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support the overall educational development of students\n
