Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide specialized, round-the-clock care to critically ill or injured patients in the ICU.
\n
• Manage ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment.
\n
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment plans and interventions.
\n
• Float to Med Surg as needed and adapt to different units.
\n
• Document patient information accurately using Medhost EMR.
\n
• Deliver intensive, compassionate support to patients and families.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• 1+ years of ICU/CCU RN experience required.
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
\n
• Ability to work a scheduled 3x12 night shift, including floating to Med Surg.
\n
• Experience in managing critical care equipment and patient ratios of 1:2-3.
\n
• Comfort with wearing any solid color scrubs while on duty.
\n
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
\n
