Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide specialized care to critically ill or injured patients through continuous monitoring and rapid intervention.
\n
• Manage and operate ventilators, medication drips, and complex medical equipment efficiently.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Offer intensive, compassionate support to patients and families during challenging times.
\n
• Ensure compliance with established ICU protocols and safety measures.
\n
• Assist with floating to Med Surg as required to maintain care standards across units.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• 1+ years of ICU/CCU RN experience required.
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
\n
• Ability to work nights from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
\n
• Proficient in managing patient care in a high-stress environment.
\n
• Experience with Medhost EMR preferred.
\n
• Flexibility to float to Med Surg unit as needed.
\n
