\nMinimum Requirements
\n- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with mobility training, transfers, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
