Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM. Call 3 PM - 7 AM
Call Ratio: Yes. Every 3rd night and 4th weekend.
Case Mix: Gen, Ortho, Endo, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry. Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient. TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, IV blocks.

Endo rooms: 1
IT Room: 1
Supervision and Ratio: All CRNA practice
Active License
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
