Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to pregnant women and newborns, ensuring safe delivery practices.
\n
• Perform triage and function effectively as the baby catcher/transition nurse.
\n
• Monitor and manage labor progression, titrating medications such as Pitocin as required.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including on-call obstetricians and anesthesiologists, during deliveries.
\n
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols and procedures.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license with eligibility to submit.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery.
\n
• Certification in ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM required.
\n
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Experience with OBIX EFM System is preferred.
\n
