Pay: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE typically $70,000–$90,000)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description:Addison Group is hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client. This role sits within a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment, where representatives engage with warm leads to educate customers, recommend solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Walk clients through the full application and enrollment process
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM systems
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while navigating a metrics-driven environment
- Identify opportunities to expand business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor positioning
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and sales goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Structured ramp period with guaranteed earnings tied to performance milestones
