Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and create NFPE-based nutrition plans
- Manage nutrition support, including enteral feeding and TPN; address dysphagia and malnutrition
- Deliver medical nutrition therapy across neonatal through geriatric populations; provide pediatrics to geriatrics nutrition care
- Monitor patient response, adjust plans as needed, and document in Epic; collaborate with the care team
- Participate in required food safety audits training and apply learnings to practice
- Be prepared to float to related facilities within the network as assigned

Requirements
- Current RD/RDN credential required; active licensure as applicable
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nutrition experience
- Epic EHR experience required
- First-time traveler accepted; ability to work in a hospital setting with intra-network floating
- RTO requests: must be included at submission and may be limited to no more than 7 days
- Weekend shifts: not currently required; must work around major holidays (2 of 3: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Pre-start modules: average ~16 hours; >20 hours requires approval
- Attire: business attire; scrub color is business attire
