Location: Milford, NH
Facility: The Elms Center
Salary: $35–$38/hour (PRN)
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a rehab team focused on helping residents improve independence and daily function.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out OT treatment plans
- Assist residents with ADLs and mobility tasks
- Monitor progress and communicate updates
- Complete documentation
Requirements:
- Active COTA license required
