Construction Manager for High End Spec Homes in West Palm Beach

Job Title: Superintendent

Location: West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Gardens / Jupiter

Responsibilities: Manager 2 spec high end custom home builds ($2 - 5 million price points) and GC for Workforce Housing in Lake Worth

Compensation: Up to $135k base + annual bonus, PTO, 401k match

We're a privately owned real estate development firm in Palm Beach County and currently building spec homes from $1 - 5 million in size. We focus our time on acquiring existing homes & then developing higher end custom homes for resale & focus our efforts primarily in the north end of Palm Beach County.

In the next 60 - 90 days, we're about to start a Workforce Housing project in Lake Worth (Up to 12 townhome units) that we're ideally looking for someone to run.

Start Date: We're actively interviewing right now & ideally like to bring someone in here in the next couple of weeks to get trained with our system, software & can help shadow Sr Superintendent on their current projects in preparation for the kick off of the Lake Worth project

Role Responsibilities

• Be responsible & run the day-to-day project operations from start to finish for Workforce Housing project in Lake Worth, FL
• Coordinate with the Owner & Support staff to ensure proper coordination & timely deliver of the project

Requirements

• Local to Palm Beach Gardens / West Palm metro market
• Able to travel throughout north Palm Beach county to projects
• Ideally 3+ years of ground up construction (residential highly preferred)
