LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time OT to provide individualized therapy services within a supportive skilled nursing rehab department.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments focused on daily function and independence
• Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise COTAs and support clinical outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
