Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Location: Wakefield, MA
Facility: Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield
Salary: $55–$60/hour (PRN)
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role to help residents improve function and independence.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents
- Focus on ADLs and upper body function
- Supervise COTA staff
- Document care
