Occupational Therapist

Overview:
Seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills
• Maintain documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active OT license
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
