LTC Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on helping residents improve independence with daily activities and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized care plans
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper body strength, and coordination
• Supervise COTA staff and collaborate with the rehab team
• Maintain documentation and monitor resident outcomes
