As the Staffing Coordinator, you are the heartbeat that keeps care moving the person who lifts others up and ensures no one falls through the cracks.

This role is fast, human, and deeply meaningful.

What Youll Do

• Match caregivers with clients who need them
• Maintain accurate, uptodate schedules
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers
• Support nearby offices when needed
• Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned

This is active, peoplefocused work not a quiet desk job.

Requirements

• 18+
• Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office
• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn
• Staffing/scheduling experience is helpful but not required
