LTC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
