Facility: Autumn Lake @ Ballenger Creek
Salary: $55–$60/hour (PRN)

Seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide flexible rehab coverage in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and therapy treatments
• Focus on functional independence and safety
• Collaborate with rehab team
• Maintain accurate records
