What you’ll be doing:

• Support customer accounts, outside sales, and service teams
• Build relationships and provide aftermarket parts solutions
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to drive sales
• Process sales orders and maintain CRM records
• Prepare pricing and cost estimates
• Handle returns, complaints, and account support issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow

• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in industrial parts or manufacturing
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
