LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a rehab team dedicated to improving resident mobility, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, exercises, transfers, and mobility activities
• Observe resident performance and communicate updates to the PT
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
